In July, 13 “little mythical beasts” spent carefree companionship time at Wingtu Group’s “Wingtu Paradise”; At the beginning of August, this happiness and warmth arrived as promised. On August 1st, the second theme day event of “Wen ‘Du’ Amusement Park” officially kicked off. The familiar activity spaces on the 7th and 8th floors are filled with upgraded laughter and care, creating a colorful and exciting ‘summer in the company’ for employees’ children.
Carefully prepared: Born for needs, set up for love
In order to make the children have fun and learn solidly, the project working group devoted themselves to the intense planning work a week in advance. What are you learning this semester? What are you playing? What are you eating? “The working group pondered over every detail repeatedly. The play space on the 8th floor has been updated and enriched with toys, and the large conference room on the 7th floor has been reorganized to provide the safest and most comfortable interactive environment for children.
On the day of the August 1st event, the “little mythical beasts” gathered again, with both familiar old friends and new faces. Under the enthusiastic guidance of the on-site staff, the children broke their sense of unfamiliarity in less than five minutes, and the scene was filled with laughter and joy.
Four exciting segments: Combining movement and stillness, combining education with entertainment
🌿 Step 1 | Fun Physical Class: Plants vs. Zombies
The children follow the interactive challenge scenes on the big screen, and under the guidance of the coach, they warm up, stretch, parkour, and target with rhythmic movements. Jumping, boxing, and teamwork, the children sweat profusely but are enthusiastic, fully unleashing their summer energy.
🧯 Step 2 | Safety Knowledge Course: Fire Safety Challenge
Security precautions are no small matter. The teaching teacher skillfully integrates daily fire safety knowledge and emergency self rescue skills into the question and answer session. What should I do if there’s a fire? “” Can I play with a lighter? “The children eagerly raised their hands in response to the questions. By combining education with entertainment, safety awareness quietly takes root amidst laughter and joy.
🍉 Step 3 | Delicious Afternoon Tea: Energy Replenishment Moment
After intense physical exercise and immersive learning, we welcome a warm afternoon tea session. The children consciously queued up to wash their hands, tasting fresh and sweet watermelons, delicate Swiss rolls, and nutritious yogurt. Abundant material support allows children to replenish their energy, and their smiling faces are as bright as summer sunshine.
🎨 Step 4 | Art and Creativity Class: Summer Colorful Fruit Fan
In the creative handicraft stage, markers, oil pastels, and colored pencils take turns to participate. The children spread their imagination on the blank fan, outlining colorful patterns such as red watermelons, oranges, and purple grapes. In the exhibition of their works, the children confidently took to the stage and shared their “taste of summer” with everyone.
Party building leadership: Deepening the construction of “three happiness” and providing sincere service to employees
With the smooth implementation of the two activities, the children went from shyness to confidence, from unfamiliarity to intimacy; Mothers and fathers have also gone from initial concerns to a firm belief and recognition of ‘trust the company’. This is not only a hosting service, but also a microcosm of Wingtu Group’s deep cultivation of corporate culture and practice of humanistic care.
