Summer vacation is coming, who will take care of the “little mythical creature” at home? This has always been a major challenge for working parents. In order to address the concerns of employees, the Wentou Party Branch and Wentou Union have joined forces to officially launch free summer care classes for employees’ children, practicing the company’s cultural concept of “happy families” with practical care.
This summer daycare class is fully funded by the Party Building Fund of the Wen Tou Party Branch, and employees do not need to bear any expenses. The company has created a comprehensive “Happy Camp” for children, from daily spaces, themed activities, dining services to unified management.
Exclusive play space, unleashing children’s nature
The company has specially opened up a daily play space in the pet sample room on the 8th floor. Here, a variety of toys are provided for different age groups: the young children’s area has safety toys such as climbing mats, building blocks, and ultra light clay; The older children’s area has prepared puzzle projects such as bead stringing and bean stuffing. During the summer vacation, children can play freely in this safe and comfortable environment, and children over 3 years old can also participate independently, allowing parents to focus on work with peace of mind.
No loneliness on weekends alone, three major sectors help grow
In order to enrich children’s weekend life, the summer daycare class held three themed day activities on Saturday afternoons, July 18th, August 1st, and August 15th, in the conference room on the 7th floor. Each event is organized and supervised by at least two dedicated staff members throughout the entire process. The activities cover three core areas: safety education, physical exercise, and arts and crafts. Children can not only exercise scientifically and cultivate safety awareness, but also demonstrate and explain their skills on stage after completing handicrafts, exercising their expression ability and confidence. During the break, the company also prepared fruit and Dim sum to supplement the physical strength of children at any time.
Mom like dining service, details highlight warmth
In terms of food security, the company cafeteria has also done its homework. Children under the age of 12 who dine at the company during summer vacation can have their first meal with their parents and enjoy it at a dedicated dining table with peace of mind. The cafeteria guarantees 2 non spicy dishes for each meal, carefully catering to the taste of children. In addition, the company also provides temporary storage and high-temperature disinfection services for baby specific tableware, conveying the warmth of home with every detail.
Digitally standardized management, recording warm graduation moments
In order to keep parents updated on their children’s activities, the company has established a dedicated parent group for summer daycare classes, sharing activity photos and videos in real-time.
On August 15th, the summer daycare class will welcome a warm graduation ceremony. At that time, the children will work together with the teacher to draw a painting and leave it on the party branch’s cultural wall, becoming a precious memory of the Wen Tou family. The company will also award certificates and small prizes to every child to witness their growth and happiness this summer.
