On June 19, 2025, the final round of the Yiwu Career Guidance Skills Competition wrapped up successfully at the Yiwu Human Resources Industrial Park. Organized by the Yiwu Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and co-hosted by Hengxin Vocational Skills Training School and the HR Subcommittee of Yiwu Enterprise Managers Association, the event brought together some of the city’s top talent in career development and coaching.
Representing Wingtu Group, six of our incredible team members stepped up to the challenge—and they didn’t disappoint. A huge shoutout to Shang Yuming, who took home First Prize, earning the title of “Yiwu Technical Expert.” Three others—Yang Yihan, Tang Mingjie, and Chen Xuewei—also made us proud by receiving Excellence Awards.
The competition was no small feat. It was split into a preliminary and final round, testing both theory and real-world application. Participants were asked to present live pitches and perform hands-on tasks—all while under the pressure of being judged by a panel of experts. A total of 174 individuals from across various industries, including corporate staff and freelancers, signed up to compete.
For Wingtu, this wasn’t just about bringing home medals (though we’re thrilled we did!). It was about supporting our people, encouraging them to grow, and investing in the future of talent and skills development. Our team’s strong performance shows that when you create an environment where learning and upskilling are part of the culture, great things happen.
We’re proud of every team member who participated, and we’re excited to continue pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in career coaching and professional development. Here’s to more milestones—and more empowered talent—on the road to building a stronger, smarter Yiwu.
