As summer vacation approaches, “who will take care of the children” has become a concern for many working parents. In order to address everyone’s concerns, the Wingtu Party branch and the labor union responded quickly and urgently established a 5-person working group in early July. From precise questionnaire research to space construction, in just one week, the “Temperature Paradise” summer daycare class has turned from an idea into a reality!
On July 18th, as the highlight of the summer activities, the first “Temperature Paradise” themed event officially started! Thirteen “little mythical beasts” aged 3 to 12 gathered together and embarked on a summer adventure full of laughter and growth.
The ‘Warm Investment Small World’ Belonging to Children
In order to create a safe and comfortable exclusive space for children, the working group carefully designated a closed play area in the office area, set up activity areas for adults and crawling areas for children according to age, and selected puzzle toys such as building blocks, beans, and beads.
Not only that, the company cafeteria has also set up a “baby dining table” equipped with high-temperature disinfected children’s utensils, ensuring at least two non spicy children’s dishes for each meal, and arranging the first batch of meals for children. Parents work peacefully upstairs, while their children have fun eating and playing downstairs, putting the principle of ‘taking care of children while working’ into practice.

The first theme activity was rich in content and suitable for both dynamic and static activities. The staff guarded the whole process and accompanied the children through a fulfilling afternoon
Self introduction icebreaker: From shy hiding to graceful self-expression, smiles quickly bring each other closer.
Fun physical exercise: running, jumping, crawling, drilling, children release their nature and strengthen their bodies in laughter and joy.
Safety knowledge classroom: Focus on drowning prevention and safe use of electricity, and enhance children’s self-protection awareness in a vivid and interesting way.
Ultra light clay handicrafts: With unlimited imagination, children have created adorable small animals and imaginative works.
Warm afternoon tea time: enjoying the fruits and Dim sum prepared with great care, the children sat around and shared the happiest harvest of the day.
Gathering people’s hearts with warmth and practicing the “three happiness” with practical actions
The successful holding of the first event, “Children have fun, and we work more diligently!”, has won unanimous praise from parents.
From the Wen “Reading” Moment Reading Club, Wen “DU” Station Energy Station, to the current Wen “Du” Amusement Park Summer Care Class, the Wen Tou Party Branch has always adhered to the principle of “not doing formalities, only doing practical things”. Next, the daily play space for summer daycare classes will continue to be open, and subsequent themed activities are also being intensively prepared.
Wingtu will continue to treat “children’s affairs” as “their own affairs”, using concrete care to convey the warmth of the enterprise, making every Wingtu family more happy and growing together with the company!
