Recently, Wingtu Apparel did something that everyone really likes – we added “Eight Section Brocade” to our daily work schedule.These movements are very similar to Chinese Kung Fu.
That’s right, it’s the traditional Chinese health exercise that you often see in the park, with gentle and healing movements.
Ten minutes before going to work every day, we will exercise our bodies together, slowly stretching, breathing, and relaxing with the teacher. The rhythm is relaxed, without sweating, but it can quickly switch from “just getting up” to “energetic and online”.
